CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for respecting my time and business. To provide the best experience for all clients, the following policies are in place: Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% service fee. • No-show appointments will also be charged a 50% service fee based on the scheduled service price. • Clients with outstanding cancellation or no-show fees may be required to pay the balance before booking future appointments. Late Arrival Policy I kindly ask that all clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will be required to reschedule. This ensures I am able to provide each client with the full time and quality of service they deserve. Redo / Adjustment Policy Your satisfaction is important. If you feel adjustments are needed: • Any concerns or requests for adjustments must be communicated within 48 hours of your original service. • After consultation, adjustments will be scheduled if appropriate. • Requests made after 48 hours will be considered a new service and will be charged at full price.
